1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee or forfeit any deposit.

  • No-shows may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

  • Arriving late may shorten your service time.

2. Deposits

Some appointments require a deposit, which will go toward the final service total. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for services, but we’re committed to your satisfaction—please contact us within 7 days if you’re unhappy.

  • Retail products may be exchanged if unopened and returned within 14 days.

  • Digital products (e.g. education content) are non-refundable.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed.

  • No change will be given for unused balances, but remaining amounts can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
