Client Model Agreement
Thank you for volunteering as a model for training and education at Roca Verde Hair Studio.
Our education sessions allow our stylists and apprentices to develop their skills under supervision. Please read the following agreement carefully before proceeding.
Training & Education Services
As a model client, you understand that your appointment may be performed by a stylist in training or as part of an education session. All work will be supervised by a senior stylist or educator where required.
Services performed may include cutting, colouring, styling, or extension techniques depending on the training session.
While we strive for professional results, outcomes may vary as the purpose of the appointment is educational.
Service Timing
Training services may take longer than a standard salon appointment. By agreeing to be a model client you understand that additional time may be required for education, supervision, and demonstration.
Consultation
A consultation will be carried out before the service begins. You are encouraged to communicate your preferences and concerns; however, final decisions regarding the service may be made based on the requirements of the training session.
Hair Health & Suitability
Roca Verde Hair Studio reserves the right to decline or modify a service if your hair condition is not suitable for the requested service.
Our priority is always the health and integrity of the hair.
Photo & Video Consent
As part of our education and marketing, photos or videos may be taken during your appointment.
These may be used for:
Salon education and training
Social media
Website content
Marketing and promotional materials
No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
Model Pricing
Model services may be offered at a reduced rate depending on the training session. Prices will be confirmed prior to the service.
Results
While we aim to achieve a professional result, outcomes may vary as the purpose of the appointment is training and skill development.
By agreeing to participate as a model client, you acknowledge that results may differ from a standard salon service. As this appointment is performed as part of a training or education session, no adjustments, corrections, or complimentary redo services will be offered following the appointment.

By agreeing to participate as a model client, you acknowledge that services are being performed in a training environment and accept that results may vary from standard salon services.
